Implementation of Wireless Sensor Network for Water Quality Monitoring and Potability Classification in Rural Areas

This study implements water potability classification for detecting unsafe water using

different parameters such as pH level, turbidity, total dissolved solids and temperature in a

WSN-based drinking water classification system. The data provided using our proposed

system opens to opportunities in determining whether there is a need to perform water

treatment and/or water restoration from drinkable water sources.
